Our olive oil 2025….

2025 – A thoughtful harvest

We pruned many of our olive trees to keep them healthy for the long run. This not only supports long-term health, but also airflow, and future yield. Some of those trees won’t fruit this year—and that’s by design.
So whilst we are seeing fewer olives this year, those we do have are ripening beautifully—and we can’t wait to taste and share them. See the latest on instagram
